Family Income Properties, LLC bought the property at 1443 and 1447 Holly Ave. from The Rosmann Family Trust 05-23-1998.
The property consists of two separate parcels.
The front parcel is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house of 1,200 square feet.
The rear parcel has six one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments of 600 square feet each.

A Chula Vista apartment complex has been sold for nearly $5.8 million.
With 25 apartments, the project at 556-560 Arizona St. was bought by Mark I, LP.
The property was sold by The Leo’s Family Trust.
Built in 1967 with 12,480 square feet of rentable space on a 40,849 square foot lot, the complex has one two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment and 24 one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments.
